Position: Customer Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and services.
Maintain customer records and update necessary information.
Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer support.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
Achieve assigned customer service and business targets.
