Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop underlying data models for reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers and the data platform team to ensure that the data available for reporting is aligned with the needs of business end users.
- Perform BI tool administrative tasks, including managing licenses, access groups, and setting up new users.
- Provide training support for reporting tools.
- Independently identify and pursue data and process improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements Details:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience navigating and scavenging data from relational databases.




- Experience with data prep tools to filter, join, and transform data from multiple disparate sources (SQL, python, PySpark, Tableau Prep, Power Query, or similar tools).
- Experience creating reports in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Experience selling your analysis and insights to drive action leading to better business outcomes.
- Self-driven learner.
