Job Summary

Akash Cable Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to handle daily computer operations, document preparation, data entry, and office documentation. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and format quotations and proforma invoices accurately.

- Enter, update, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.

- Scan, edit, and organize documents as required.

- Attach documents to emails and send them to customers and relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain digital files, office records, and documentation systematically.

- Verify customer details, product prices, quantities, and other information before processing documents.





- Ensure all documents are properly formatted and professionally presented.

- Perform routine computer operations and administrative documentation tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

- Fast and accurate typing skills.

- Ability to prepare and format quotations, invoices, and other business documents.

- Familiarity with email communication, document scanning, and basic document editing.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain records systematically.

- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
