Job Title: Analyst - APAC Payroll Operations

Location: APAC Payroll Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the APAC region with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, regional payroll teams, and external vendors.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Support change management and stakeholder adoption of best practices.

Required Skills

- 6-8 years of experience in Payroll, Benefits, Taxation, or Payroll Operations.
- Strong knowledge of multinational payroll processes and accounting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar payroll systems.
- Experience in automation, robotics, and business process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and preferably VBA/macros.
- Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
