We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. The role involves leading end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations for a major client. This position will work in a hybrid mode, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

- Lead SAP implementation, rollout and upgrade projects from initiation to go‑live.

- Define project scope, timeline, milestones, budget and deliverables.

- Manage cross‑functional SAP teams including functional, technical, basis and integration experts.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and maintain project governance.

- Monitor progress, handle escalations, maintain RAID logs and drive status meetings.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings and client reviews.

- Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of solutions.

Required qualifications





- 9+ years of experience delivering full‑lifecycle SAP projects.

- Proven end‑to‑end SAP Project Management experience, including 2‑3 complete implementations.

- Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.

- Deep knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, BASIS, ABAP).

- Robust skills in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.

Nice to have

- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.

- Experience coordinating onsite‑offshore teams and stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with multiple SAP modules.

- Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid work‑mode projects.
