Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Apptio Fin Ops Dashboard Analyst to support and enhance our Technology Business Management TBM Fin Ops and executive reporting capabilities The role will be responsible for managing Apptio dashboards cloud cost analytics KPI reporting energetic trackers financial data governance and executivelevel insights across cloud and infrastructure environments
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apptio One Cloudability Fin Ops practices dashboard development data visualization and technology cost optimization
Key Responsibilities
Apptio Platform Management
Administer and support Apptio TBM and Fin Ops platforms
Manage Apptio cost models allocations mappings and data integrations
Maintain financial hierarchies business mappings and service cost structures
Support monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
Dashboard Executive Reporting
Design develop and maintain executive KPI dashboards using Apptio and Power BI
Create dynamic dashboards for
Cloud spend visibility
Budget vs Actual tracking
Cost optimization initiatives
Savings realization
Infrastructure KPI reporting
Resource utilization trends
Generate executive reports and leadership scorecards
Fin Ops Cost Optimization
Analyze AWS Azure and GCP consumption and spending trends
Identify costsaving opportunities and optimization recommendations
Track Reserved Instances RI Savings Plans and commitment utilization
Monitor cloud waste idle resources and underutilized assets
Support chargebackshowback models across business units
Dynamic Trackers Analytics
Develop automated trackers for
Fin Ops savings initiatives
Budget utilization
Cost avoidance programs
Cloud modernization projects
Infrastructure optimization initiatives
Implement KPI scorecards and trend analysis reporting
Create forecasting models for future infrastructure and cloud spending
Data Management Governance
Validate and reconcile financial and operational data
Ensure data quality across integrated financial cloud CMDB and operational systems
Support automated data ingestion and transformation processes
Drive reporting standardization and governance
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Finance Infrastructure Cloud Service Management and Leadership teams
Present executive insights and recommendations
Support governance reviews business reviews and strategic planning discussions
