Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and friendly manner.

- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.

- Explain menu items and assist customers with their queries.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.

- Handle customer requests professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.

- Follow café service standards and support the team during busy hours.

Key Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or in café/restaurant service.

- Good communication and conversation skills.

- Comfortable interacting with customers.

- Friendly, presentable and customer-oriented personality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

- Good teamwork, punctuality and a professional attitude.
