About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Intern to work closely with our CX and Business teams across Inside Sales and Offline operations.

This role is a mix of data, problem-solving and execution. You’ll work with real business data, identify gaps in customer journeys and team execution, and help drive actions that improve the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Offline Operations

- Track and analyse leads across Inside Sales and Offline/EI channels.
- Identify leads that require calls, follow-ups or offline intervention and track their resolution.
- Monitor offline/EI activities across cities such as Jamshedpur, Guwahati and Indore.
- Support audits of city teams and help identify gaps in execution.
- Work as a central point of contact for gathering user insights and feedback from city teams.

CX & Process Improvement

- Support quality checks (QCs) and track execution to ensure identified gaps are closed.
- Deep-dive into specific customer experience issues such as payment failures, VKYC drop-offs, etc.
- Analyse data to identify patterns,



root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Build regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and business performance.
- Work with relevant teams to follow up on identified issues and measure improvement.

AI & Process Improvement

- Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to improve CX processes and operational efficiency.
- Support experimentation and implementation of AI-led solutions for specific CX use cases.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and analysing data.
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies.
- Strong ownership and follow-through — you don't stop at identifying a problem; you help get it resolved.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
