Plan and execute production to meet project delivery schedulesWell operational experience of Lathe, VTL, GPM, PM & HBM machinesGood knowledge of CNC programmingEnsure optimum utilization of heavy machines and manpowerMonitor and improve machine productivity and OEEnsure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/NCRDrive production planning, scheduling, and daily shopfloor controlImprove process efficiency and cycle time for critical componentsCoordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Method teamsEnsure safety compliance and promote zero-incident cultureLead troubleshooting and resolve shopfloor production issuesDrive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)Monitor and control production costs and resource utilizationDevelop team capability and ensure skill enhancement
