- The Inbound Manager is responsible for end?to?end management of inbound operations in a large apparel distribution center. This includes appointment scheduling, vehicle reporting, unloading, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing, put?away readiness, and compliance with operational guardrails. The role ensures timely inwarding of high?volume consignments, SKU accuracy, and seamless coordination between vendors, transporters, finance, and warehouse teams.
- Drive dock-to-stock performance and OTIF inward adherence through disciplined shift planning, capacity balancing and real-time control of the WMS and ERP transaction flow.
- End-to-end DC operations ownership — inbound receiving and put-away, outbound picking, packing and dispatch, inventory integrity, and e-commerce order fulfilment
- Performance governance on dock-to-stock, Timely Invoice submission.
- Manpower planning and leadership of a large blue-collar and white-collar workforce across shifts
- Hands-on WMS / ERP control — SAP EWM and S/4HANA transaction discipline, master data accuracy and exception clearance
- DC operating hygiene, 5S, safety and strict governance across every function of the DC
