Role Description The AI Digital Marketing and Creative Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms. The specialist will analyze web and campaign performance data, optimize strategies using analytics and AI-driven tools, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Daily activities include monitoring online presence, testing new digital approaches, preparing performance reports, and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create clear, compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI tools and automation platforms for marketing, including content generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with content creation (visual and written), campaign management, and basic design tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative role within an agency or outsourcing workplace is an advantage.

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
