Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Travel Agency Specialist.



The Travel Agency Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as organizing and managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, creating itineraries, managing guided tours, and handling air ticketing

Qualifications

- Experience working in a Travel Agency and organizing Guided Tours
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle Sales
- Experience in managing Business Travel arrangements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office
