Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of B2B marketing initiatives that support SHAAC's growth infrastructure for clients. This full time, hybrid role is based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and coordinating content, digital, and performance marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, optimize funnels, and work with sales and client-facing teams to ensure alignment on acquisition goals. The role also involves overseeing marketing assets,



managing vendor or agency relationships when needed, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing strategy, campaign planning, and growth-focused acquisition initiatives.
- Strong skills in digital marketing channels such as paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and optimize marketing funnels and conversion paths.
- Experience collaborating with sales and client success teams to align marketing activities with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in B2B or SaaS environments, growth marketing, or demand generation is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
