Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Planner with 8-10 years of relevant experience in project planning and execution, preferably within an Aerospace/Aviation manufacturing environment. The role will involve project scheduling, raw material and production planning, inventory management, stakeholder coordination, resource and budget management, and ensuring timely delivery of customer projects.

Responsibilities: * Developing and implementing robust project plans to ensure timely execution and delivery of aviation projects.

- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and execution milestones in alignment with customer and business requirements.
- Managing raw material planning, indenting, procurement follow-ups, production planning, and timely release of complete kits to the shop floor.
- Monitoring project progress across workstations, identifying bottlenecks, and driving proactive actions to de-bottleneck critical activities and resources.
- Managing inventory records across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods while ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Special Process, and other cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Managing customer interactions,



project reviews, delivery updates, OTD performance, and customer assessments.
- Monitoring project resources, budgets, costs, profitability, and planned versus actual progress while driving corrective actions.
- Ensuring adherence to aerospace standards including AS9100, AS13100, RM13010, and applicable customer-specific requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, TPM, TOC, PMO, cross-functional projects, and Business Excellence initiatives.

Requirements: * Holding a Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- Bringing 8+ years of experience with an Engineering Degree or 10+ years with an Engineering Diploma.
- Demonstrating relevant experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution.
- Having strong exposure to project planning within an Aerospace/Aviation manufacturing environment.
- Possessing hands-on knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.
- Demonstrating experience in raw material planning, production planning, inventory management, and project scheduling.
- Bringing strong stakeholder management experience across customers, senior management, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.
- Demonstrating knowledge of aerospace quality, compliance, safety,



and documentation requirements.
- Possessing strong strategic thinking, execution orientation, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrating the ability to drive continuous improvement and mentor project planning teams.
