Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist in Business Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving strategic initiatives within the CPG domain, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in facilitating business transformation.

Job Description:

1. Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation process for complex business initiatives.

2. Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to uncover business challenges and generate innovative solutions.

3. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and UML diagrams.

4. Develop and present data-driven insights and reports using PowerBI and Tableau to support decision-making.

5. Leverage the M365 Suites of Products for effective collaboration, documentation, and project management.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

7. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within CPG domain operations, including Sales Commercial Operations, Digital Commerce, and Supply Chain.

8. Conduct thorough impact assessments and risk analyses for proposed solutions.

9. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure all solutions align with strategic business objectives and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops.

Expertise in M365 Suites of Products.

Strong capability in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

Advanced skills in Tableau for business intelligence.

Proficient in creating and interpreting UML diagrams.

Domain Expertise:

Extensive experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain.

Deep understanding of CPG sub-domains such as Sales Commercial Operations, Sales Planning, Route-to-Market Strategy, Distributor Management, Retail Execution, Revenue Growth Management, and Trade Promotion Management.

Familiarity with Digital Commerce, Omnichannel strategies, D2C Platforms, and Marketplace Operations.

Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and Logistics Management.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of Enterprise Platforms such as SAP S4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

Experience with Commerce Platforms like Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Familiarity with CPG-specific solutions including Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platforms.





Exposure to Digital Technologies such as AI, Advanced Analytics, and Cloud Platforms.
