About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Digital Health Technologies Specialist to join our team in a Hyderabad On-site capacity. As a Senior Digital Health Technologies Specialist, you will support clinical research activities that advance new treatments for patients. This position plays a key role in digital tool implementation, study execution, regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless integration of digital health technologies across clinical trials. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Trial Management, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, follow industry-standard processes, and contribute to study operations from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities include managing digital health technology implementations, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring licensing compliance, and supporting vendor relationships. With diverse teams and continuous learning opportunities,

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day digital tool and technology support, collaborating with vendors and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study operations and timely resolution of technical issues
- Monitor compliance for assigned digital health technology studies and escalate compliance issues to the Digital Health Technologies Manager, contributing to compliance action plan development and implementation
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, planning, execution, and oversight by reviewing test plans, drafting UAT documentation, and directly participating in sponsor-level testing activities when applicable
- Research and determine appropriate copyright holders for clinical outcome assessment (COA) instruments and establish licensing requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Secure necessary digital tool and technology permissions and license agreements, reviewing terms and conditions to ensure alignment with study requirements and regulatory standards
- Track and communicate licensing and contract agreement status, serving as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding licensing matters in clinical trials
- Review and coordinate payment of licensing invoices with internal finance functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Support end-to-end translation processes for digital tools and technologies, ensuring accurate and compliant localization for international studies
- Maintain and update database of license holders and digital tool agreements, ensuring ongoing compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Escalate operational risks and project challenges to the Digital Health Technologies Manager with proactive recommendations and action plans
- Participate in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
revisions and departmental initiatives to drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence
Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience in clinical research, study operations, or digital health technology support
- General knowledge and awareness of systems development processes and digital tool implementation
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes
- Ability to acquire working knowledge of copyright law and licensing/permission requirements for digital tools and technologies
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF), or Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- Familiarity with digital health technologies, wearables, or mobile health applications in clinical trials
- Basic familiarity with clinical drug development processes and study phases
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
