Key Responsibilities

- Drive Gold Loan sourcing and disbursement targets across the assigned territory.
- Manage and monitor business performance of branches within the region.
- Develop local market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and portfolio growth.
- Increase market penetration through field activities, referral generation, and channel development.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.
- Recruit, train, guide, and motivate branch sales teams.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections to minimize delinquency.
- Conduct regular branch visits and review sales performance.
- Build relationships with local influencers, business communities, and market intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.




- Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure superior customer experience.
- Prepare and submit periodic business MIS and performance reports.
