Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through DSA sourcing for BLAP products.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with DSAs and channel partners.

- Source quality leads and drive business loan against property disbursements.

- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to disbursement.

- Achieve assigned business targets while ensuring portfolio quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience in BLAP/LAP sales.

- Mandatory experience in DSA sourcing and channel management.

- Strong market knowledge and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to achieve business targets independently.
