- 6 9 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Assembler (z/OS) development.
- Strong understanding of JCL, and mainframe debugging tools (e.g., IPCS, Abend-AID).
- Working experience of COBOL, [robust style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;"]PL1, and DB2 integration.
- Proven ability to analyze complex system logic and optimize for performance.
- Familiarity with batch and online transaction processing environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.
