Job Description SAP PP/DS Senior Associate (Pan India)
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Senior Associate with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP PP/DS solutions, ensuring efficient production planning and scheduling across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PP/DS solutions.
Configure PP/DS functionalities including heuristics, optimizer, pegging, and planning strategies.
Perform detailed scheduling based on capacity and resource constraints.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide optimal solutions.
Integrate PP/DS with PP, MM, and SD modules.
Manage CIF integration between SAP ECC/S4 and APO (if applicable).




Handle master data including BOMs, work centers, production versions, and resources.
Analyze and resolve production planning and scheduling issues.
Optimize system performance and planning processes.
Provide support for production issues and enhancements.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in SAP PP/DS module.
Experience with heuristics, optimizer, and detailed scheduling board.
Good understanding of supply chain and production planning processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS or SAP APO PP/DS.
Knowledge of CIF integration and master data management.
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of relevant SAP experience with strong exposure to PP/DS.
