About the Role:

- The Identity Governance Analyst sits within the Workforce Identity team, part of the broader Global Technology group headed by Steve Maidment.
- The Workforce Identity teams mission is to enable REAs strategy through application availability, security, and ease of access. We combine our expertise in identity management, regulatory compliance, and workforce management to give internal users access to the right applications at the right time, without compromising security, privacy, or separation of responsibilities requirements.
- To achieve this, we develop, engineer, manage, and maintain a central identity platform, integrate an extensive set of tools, and ensure the system meets the ever-changing needs of the business.
- The Workforce Identity team works closely with teams across the business, including several within Global Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

- Act as a super user for our central identity systems, coordinating:
- Incoming business requests.
- Technical support.
- Issue troubleshooting.
- Business communications.
- User Access Review campaigns.
- Configure and maintain identity management systems, including access controls, entitlement policies, role management, and compliance reporting.
- Help design and support identity lifecycle automation, self-service access requests, targeted user access reviews, and automated provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.




- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for identity processes, system configurations, and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 35 years of relevant commercial experience working with identity programs, platforms such as Okta, or in similar roles.
- Experience configuring Okta tenants, including policies, routing rules, application integrations, Device Trust, and Adaptive MFA.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications for single sign-on (SSO) and provisioning using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
- Experience building and maintaining Okta Workflows to automate manual identity and access management (IDAM) tasks, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Understanding of Okta Identity Cloud, including Identity Engine, Universal Directory, and Workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or API-based automation using REST APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and GCP.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to coordinate large programs spanning several weeks and involving stakeholders across the business at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to manage and configure SaaS product settings to meet the needs of different business stakeholders.
- Ability to solve complex problems, explore technology, and apply a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute effectively across teams and with a range of business stakeholders.
- Motivation to learn, share knowledge, and mentor others.
- Ability to present data, findings, and recommendations to a high standard.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- Strong requirements gathering skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of identity management concepts, principles, and practical use cases.
- Understanding of compliance and governance requirements.
- SailPoint Identity Now or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Certified Implementation Engineer certification.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint ISC solutions for:
- Identity lifecycle management, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
- Access certifications.
- Policy enforcement.
- Governance reporting.
- Experience configuring and customising SailPoint components, including connectors such as SCIM, REST, JDBC,



and Active Directory; custom rules using BeanShell or Java; transforms; and workflows to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving provisioning, entitlements, access certifications, policy violations, and identity synchronisation failures.
- Deep proficiency with Identity Cubes, entitlements, roles, policies, certifications, and virtual appliance configuration.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint rule development, REST APIs, and SCIM integrations for identity lifecycle automation.
