Overview:
We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Analyst – Global HR Shared Services to support Global HR Operations.
- Must possess strong knowledge on HR Processes, and Employee Life Cycle
- Incumbent would be responsible for creating process maps and documentation
- Incumbent must possess strong knowledge on US HR Operations.
- Ability to work on time bound HR Operations activities
- Strong knowledge of HR Systems, Automation and Ticketing tool
- Should have proven record in US or UK Operations
- Flexibility to work in Energetic and Global Environment
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region.
- Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region.
- Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.
- Handling Risk Assessment process/report for Maternity/Paternity employees for United Kingdom.
- Employee profile management: Trouble shoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords.
- Working on various Reporting such as Absence, Benefits, Pension, Anniversary Awards, Holiday Purchase, Nordic reports etc.
- Invoice Processing for various currencies and Vendor maintenance
- Documentation: Process maps, KPI,
SLAs and dashboards based on client's expectations and internal requirements.
- Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered.
- Participation in internal and external audits.
- Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirements or changes in technology.
- Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region.
- Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region.
- Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.
About you:
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Degree: Bachelors or Masters
Preferred Degree: PG in HR will be an added advantage
Experience: Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years and if supported United Kingdom would an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills And Ability:
- Good Understanding of End-to-End HR Operations Concepts
- Good interpersonal skills
- MS Office (Excel / Word / Power Point)
- Good Typing Speed
- Good Written & Verbal Communication
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Should be able to adapt quickly
- Stakeholder Management
