Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Node.js Backend Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale backend solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, solution architecture, and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js and Type Script.

The role requires strong expertise in backend development, API design, cloud-native architectures, system integrations, and modern engineering practices. As a Level 9 professional, the candidate is expected to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Node.js and Type Script.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.




- Drive technical discussions and provide technology recommendations aligned with project and organizational objectives.
- Own end-to-end delivery of backend components, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across the team.
- Review code, perform technical audits, and ensure compliance with architectural standards and engineering excellence practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Dev Ops teams, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues and escalations.
- Design and implement reusable frameworks, components, and services to improve development efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and senior analysts, providing technical guidance and fostering team capability growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, risk identification, and release management activities.
- Ensure implementation of Dev Ops, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend creative solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Support presales activities, solution discussions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept implementations where required.
