Job Description

- The role is accountable for overall business performance including safety, regulatory compliance, P&L; management, charter business growth, fleet utilization, customer experience, strategic expansion, and organizational capability development.
- The CEO will drive the transition from primarily serving internal Group requirements to becoming a leading premium business aviation charter operator serving external corporate and high-net-worth customers while maintaining the highest standards of governance and safety.
- Develop and drive the overall strategy for the aviation business.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Lead a team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the aviation sector.




- Represent the organisation in high-level meetings and negotiations.
- Full P&L; ownership of General Aviation business.
- Accountability for annual operating budget.
- Revenue growth through third-party charter operations.
- Fleet investment and aircraft acquisition evaluation.
- EBITDA and cash flow management.
- Aircraft-level profitability oversight.
