Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that testing activities are streamlined and effective, contributing to the overall success of the project by maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Now testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
