Role Description The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing of electrical components such as PCBs, panel wiring, and cable harnesses. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining adherence to quality standards and safety procedures. The role involves analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements,



and supporting root-cause analysis for defects or delays. The Production Engineer will also collaborate with procurement and design teams to align materials, specifications, and timelines with customer requirements. This is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik.
Qualifications

• Robust foundation in Production Engineering, with experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing environments.
• Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret production data and drive process improvements.
• Competence in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with standards, perform inspections, and support corrective actions.
