Role Description The Editorial Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position involves supporting the creation, review, and organization of written content related to the company’s AI products, research updates, and thought leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing articles, blog posts, product documentation, and internal communications; coordinating content timelines; and ensuring consistency in style, tone,



and messaging across channels. The Editorial Associate will collaborate closely with product, research, and marketing teams to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible materials. The role also includes maintaining editorial calendars, preparing content for publishing, and helping refine processes that keep the company’s written communications accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications

• Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Ability to conduct Research to understand AI-related topics, synthesize information, and support evidence-based content.
• Experience with Publishing workflows, including preparing content for digital platforms, documentation tools, or print.
