At MarathonMitra, we're building India's digital platform for runners and running events. We help runners discover and register for races while helping event organizers reach more runners and grow registrations.
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships with event organizers, and bring more running events onto our platform.
What you'll do:
• Identify and connect with marathon, running, fitness and sports event organizers across India.
• Pitch MarathonMitra's event promotion and registration services.
• Own the sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline of event partnerships and nurture long-term relationships.
What we're looking for:
• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or telesales.
• Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to close deals independently.
• Comfortable with cold calling, targets and working remotely.
? Compensation
• During the first 3 months: ₹12,000/month
• From month 4: ₹15,000/month, subject to confirmation
• Plus 10% incentive on eligible net profit, subject to the terms outlined in the job description.
