Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and institutional clients, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare sales plans,



generate leads, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, providing feedback to product and marketing teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular site visits, participation in industry events, and close collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
