Role Description<

We are looking for a high-ownership Techno-Commercial professional to drive business development and project execution across the West region.

The role will be responsible for managing the complete customer project lifecycle — from understanding the brief and technical solutioning to trials, commercialisation, order conversion and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:





* Drive techno-commercial business development across QSR, CPG and other food industry accounts.
* Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical briefs.
* Work closely with NPD, QA, Supply Chain and application teams to drive timely project execution.
* Possess strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulations, flavours, sauces, seasonings, powders and applications.
* Lead customer trials, product evaluations and technical discussions.
* Prepare costing, commercial proposals and participate in commercial negotiations.
* Own projects from Brief → Development → Trial → Approval → Commercialisation → PO → First Order → Repeat Business.
* Ensure approved projects are converted into actual business and revenue.
* Track project pipeline, timelines, actions and commercial potential.
* Drive customer follow-ups, order closure and repeat business.
* Identify new business opportunities, applications and product
