We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Digital & Marketing to measure ecommerce and marketing performance across four U.S. apparel brands. The role partners with ecommerce, paid media and lifecycle marketing teams to build reliable data models, dashboards and commercially useful insights.

What you will do
· Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, average order value and customer drop-off across the ecommerce funnel.
· Evaluate paid media spend, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC) and blended channel efficiency.
· Measure email and SMS campaign performance, lifecycle journeys, customer retention and repeat purchase behavior.
· Develop consistent attribution reporting and reconcile platform-reported conversions against actual revenue.
· Analyze customer cohorts, lifetime value,



payback periods and new-versus-returning customer performance.
· Design and evaluate promotional tests, site experiments and campaign effectiveness using clear success metrics.
· Provide traffic, conversion and channel assumptions to support merchandise demand forecasting.
· Build SQL-based analytical models and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated weekly channel reporting.
· Translate findings into recommendations that improve marketing spend allocation and profitable growth.

You are the right fit if
· 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce, direct-to-consumer (D2C) or retail marketing analytics.
· Strong hands-on SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions and data modeling in a warehouse workplace.
· Ability to build Power BI datasets, relationships, data models and DAX measures independently.
