Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to assist candidates in finding suitable career opportunities in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of candidate profiles, and the ability to guide candidates through the recruitment process.
Roles & Responsibilities• Connect with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities in the US market.
• Review resumes and suggest improvements to enhance candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with recruiters and the recruitment team for suitable job placements.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and job opportunities.




• Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Meet assigned targets and maintain daily activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may apply.
