Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Specialist role located in Gurugram. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, managing client billing records, and ensuring that all billing information is accurate and up to date. Daily tasks include verifying transaction details, reconciling billing data with accounting records, following up on outstanding payments, and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to clarify billing questions, maintaining organized documentation,



and supporting monthly and annual financial reporting. The Billing Specialist will contribute to improving billing processes and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of billing workflows, including Billing Process and Client Billing.
• Proficiency in Invoicing practices and managing invoice documentation.
• Basic to intermediate Accounting knowledge to reconcile billing and financial records.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and solid organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Experience with billing or accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) is beneficial.
