Job Description: Presales Executive (Lead Generation & Business Development)

With a focus on AI, computer vision, and deep neural networks, we have extended our capabilities into the construction industry with our innovative AI-powered construction management solution, “Kael” — an AI project manager that predicts delays, flags risks, automates reporting, and prevents cost overruns with real-time construction intelligence. Our hardware platform, “Observance”, uses LiDAR scanning, thermal imaging, and AI-powered analysis to deliver BIM Models, deviation detection, and as-built intelligence. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology across diverse sectors.

The Role:
We are looking for an articulate, proactive Presales Executive with a civil engineering background to drive lead generation and prospect engagement at Inkers. You will be the first voice of Inkers to our prospects:



generating leads, following up consistently, understanding what prospects need, and scheduling discovery calls with our Account Managers. You will also represent Inkers at construction-tech summits, trade shows and exhibitions, where many of our best prospects are found. This is a growth role, and with strong performance you will move into an Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-ups
• Generate recent leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels, targeting developers, contractors, EPC firms, PMC and consulting companies.
• Screen and qualify incoming enquiries and event leads against defined criteria.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and on time until they are ready for a sales conversation or are disqualified.
