Guru Outdoors India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dependable Compliance Manager to independently manage our statutory, legal, labour, taxation, licensing, and government-permission requirements.
This is a critical role for a company operating in outdoor advertising and large-scale brand-visibility projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with government departments, local authorities, consultants, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring that filings, renewals, permissions, and documentation are always in order.

Role:-

• GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour-law compliance.
• Timely statutory filings, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordination with CAs, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Municipal and outdoor-advertising permissions.
• License applications, renewals, and follow-ups with local authorities.
• Vendor agreements, contracts, legal records, and agreement-renewal tracking.
• Compliance calendars, deadlines, and management reporting.




• Internal and external audit support.
• Identification of compliance risks and implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintenance of accurate compliance records and documentation.

Requirements:-

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal administration, statutory compliance, or government liaison.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour-law requirements.
• Hands-on experience in handling government permissions, licensing, renewals, and documentation.
• Experience in advertising, outdoor media, infrastructure, production, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation, follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance/reporting systems.
