Role Description The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects related to firm operations, client engagements, and internal process improvement. This full-time, on-site role, based in Kolkata, involves planning project timelines, defining scope, and managing resources to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project progress, handling expediting activities,



monitoring inspections and logistics, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will identify project risks, propose solutions, and maintain documentation and status reports. The role also requires collaborating with partners and team members to streamline workflows and support the firm’s expansion and service excellence.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating multi-location or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables, and vendor or client-related actions.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control practices to monitor project outputs and compliance with firm standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate movement of documents, resources, and information across offices
