Sound Architect | Pocket FM

The macro story: $506M ARR & scaling
Pocket FM is the first Indian B2C powerhouse to win the global market. We hit $506M ARR by doubling our revenue in just 12 months. How? We rebuilt our entire storytelling stack around AI.
We don’t want "audio cleaners." We want Sound Architects to engineer the future of binge-worthy fiction.

The challenge: Tech meets vibe
We’re solving puzzles that don’t have a manual yet:
• Sonic identity: Keeping a character’s "soul" consistent across 500+ episodes
• Vibe translation: Making global hits feel 'local' in the US/Europe without losing the magic
• AI-Native flow: Using AI agents to give creators the same 'rapid iteration' powers software engineers have
• The 80k hour wall: Helping 300k+ creators ship 80,000 hours of monthly content minus the "robotic" feel

The role
• World-building: Crafting immersive SFX and tension that turn listeners into addicts

• High-leverage production: Using Gen-AI to 10x your output without losing the emotional soul
• Mobile-first mastering: Mixing for a global audience binging on the go
• Rapid execution: Shipping polished masters at a 24-hour rollout pace

Who you are
• The toolkit: Hands-on expertise with ElevenLabs is non-negotiable
• The tech-optimist: AI isn't your replacement, it’s your co-pilot. You’re obsessed with AI-audio workflows
• The finisher: High-velocity execution is your default mode. You have a bias for action
• The systems thinker: You don’t just 'fix audio', you build systems that scale creativity
• The narrative pro: You understand that a reverb tail can be just as key as a plot twist

Ready to supercharge storytelling? Let’s talk.
