Digile is looking for a skilled with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect and its integration with Salesforce, along with experience in production support, user management, and telephony issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be able to work on enhancements and bug fixes, with exposure to AI-driven telephony solutions, innovation initiatives, and POCs as an added advantage.

• Support and maintain Amazon Connect & Salesforce integration
• Resolve production, telephony, and user-related issues
• Develop and implement enhancement requests
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and AI-enabled contact center solutions
