Role Description The Content Operations Intern will support the planning, creation, and management of learning and marketing content for Edural Classes™. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna,



where the intern will collaborate closely with teaching staff and the content team to ensure that course materials, study resources, and online content are accurate, engaging, and well organized. Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting and updating web and app content, coordinating the publishing schedule, maintaining content libraries, and assisting with documentation for live classes and recorded sessions. The intern will help track content performance, gather feedback from learners and mentors, and suggest improvements to enhance clarity and effectiveness. The role offers hands-on experience in education-focused content operations and the opportunity to contribute directly to students’ learning outcomes.
