We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong test leadership skills in Agile and DevOps environments, with expertise in test management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and improving test coverage. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and coaching skills, along with experience in Agile tools, SQL/database testing, defect management, and CI/CD integration.

• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) or equivalent commercial testing experience.
• Strong test leadership experience within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Expert level knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.




• Able to coach and support tester development.
• Skilled communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to assess and improve test coverage and test design.
• Experience in using Agile development methodologies and associated tools, e.g. Azure boards.
• Experience in SQL/database testing and CI/CD integration.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• IT related degree or equivalent experience in an IT discipline.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and presentation abilities.
