About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Operations to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across HR, Administration, Infrastructure and Facilities.

This role offers an chance to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, cross-functional coordination, management reporting, process documentation and operational planning. The candidate will work closely with different teams to track requests, monitor progress, follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a structured approach to work and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across HR, Administration, Infrastructure and Facilities.
• Follow up with respective teams on pending requests and assigned tasks.




• Track activities against agreed timelines and highlight delays or dependencies.

2. Helpdesk & Task Management
• Monitor internal requests received through helpdesk and ticketing systems.
• Ensure requests are directed to the appropriate teams and tracked until closure.
• Maintain records of pending, completed and overdue requests.
• Escalate critical issues or delays to the reporting manager.

3. MIS & Reporting
• Maintain operational trackers, dashboards and reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status updates for management review.
• Track pending actions, task completion and operational performance.

4. Documentation & Communication
• Assist in drafting internal emails, circulars, SOPs and process documents.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and maintain action trackers.
• Ensure operational records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
