Job Description
Judah Code Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and an interest in helping students build successful careers through training and internship programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and convert prospective candidates into admissions.
• Counsel students on training programs, internships, and career development opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Follow up with prospective candidates through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and convincing skills.
• Solid sales orientation and a target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.
• Ability to handle student enquiries and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is required.
• Previous experience in EdTech sales, educational counselling, or business development is an added advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
