Role Description The Personal Front Desk role at Best Numbers is a full-time, in office position based in Maharashtra, India. The role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front desk inquiries in a professional manner. The person in this role will handle appointment scheduling, maintain visitor logs, and support basic administrative tasks such as organizing documents and coordinating with internal teams. Daily responsibilities also include providing courteous customer service, ensuring the reception area is presentable,



and assisting with routine communication between clients and staff.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills for managing calls, visitors, and front desk operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Candidates should possess good Computer Literacy skills to work with office software, email, and basic data entry tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and front desk processes efficiently.
• Ability to maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor and work collaboratively in an office environment.
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or customer service
