What You'll Do
• Lead Key Projects: Manage end-to-end recruitment, conversion, and global partnership initiatives that support our long-term international strategy
• Drive Strategy with Data: Analyze market trends and internal data to design high-impact recruitment strategies.
• People & Team Leadership: Line manage the Project Coordinator (Conversion) and direct cross-departmental matrix project teams.
• Budget & Risk Ownership: Build project plans, manage budgets, navigate legal/data compliance, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Build Relationships: Deputise for the Deputy Head of Operations and collaborate with internal faculties, marketing, CRM, and global external partners.
What You Bring
• Proven track record in project management, process improvement and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategy.
