Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with respective hiring managers.
• Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and regularly follow up with candidates and department heads.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, induction, documentation, and employee orientation for current employees.
• Operate and maintain the company’s HRMS software, ensuring employee information, attendance, leave, documents, and other HR records are updated accurately.
