TPF Developer : Company : CoforgeExperience : 3 - 12 YearsLocation : Greater Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune & MumbaiKey Skills : TPF, TPFDF, TPFC, Unix/Linux, Software Development, CI ToolsAbout the Role : Coforge is looking for TPF Developers with strong hands-on experience in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC to join our technology teams across multiple locations.The ideal candidate should have strong software development expertise, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to design, develop, debug, test, and support applications across development and production environments.Key Responsibilities : - Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Break down technical requirements into actionable tasks and contribute to iteration planning with the Scrum team.- Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain software applications using TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.- Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to deliver new features and capabilities.- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.- Work closely with the Technical Product Manager to understand and prepare requirements for upcoming iterations.- Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and other technical documentation.- Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, performance, and reliability.- Conduct code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.- Contribute to effort estimation, task sizing, and sprint planning activities.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging,



and troubleshooting.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across test and production environments.- Support application deployment and feature release processes.- Collaborate with other development and technical teams to integrate new capabilities and resolve dependencies.- Identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and development processes.- Work with the Scrum Master and team members to continuously improve technical practices and delivery processes.- Develop and maintain technical software documentation.- Provide production support and assist in root-cause analysis of application issues.Required Technical Expertise : - Strong hands-on experience in TPF development.- Expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application development processes.- Proficiency with relevant development and Continuous Integration (CI) tools.- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.- Experience in coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting applications.- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.- Good knowledge of application performance, stability, and optimization practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.- Experience with production support and issue resolution.- Experience creating HLD and technical documentation.- Valuable understanding of CI/CD and software deployment processes.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
