Job Summary:

We are looking for a Staff Cafeteria Cook to prepare nutritious and hygienic meals for employees in bulk quantities. The candidate should be experienced in cooking South Indian, North Indian, and basic regional dishes for large groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner for staff.

Cook meals in bulk while maintaining quality and consistency.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Manage raw materials and minimise food wastage.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist in menu planning and stock management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk cooking or cafeteria cooking.





Knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal preparation.

Ability to prepare meals for large numbers of employees.

Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Roti/chapati making skills are not required.

Preferred:

Experience working in hotels, resorts, industrial canteens, or staff cafeterias.

Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
