We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers, helping them find the products they need and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing products that best fit their requirements.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products available for sale, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.

- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash or card payments and ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, organizing products on the sales floor, and reporting any shortages or issues to management.

- Customer Follow-Up: Build a rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:





The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, although up to 7 years is preferred. A completed 12th grade education is essential. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. A friendly demeanor, an understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential for success in this role.
