RS Realty is a growing real estate consultancy focused on residential properties and new residential projects in Pune and PCMC. We help homebuyers explore suitable properties according to their budget, requirements, and preferences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates who want to build their career in real estate sales, client handling, and business development.

Job Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customers' property requirements and budgets.

Share suitable residential property and new project details with customers.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain professional relationships.

Coordinate and assist with property site visits.

Communicate project information clearly and honestly.

Build relationships with homebuyers, investors, builders, and channel partners.

Assist customers throughout the property-buying process.

Work towards achieving sales targets and generating business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi or Marathi; English is an advantage.

Interest in sales, real estate, and customer relationship management.





Willingness to make calls, follow up with customers, and attend property site visits.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Work Location: Pune & PCMC, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Field-based / Hybrid, depending on business requirements.
