Role Overview

One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Lead (PL) to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful qualified will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and support reliable enterprise software solutions.
Build services, APIs and reusable software components.
Participate in technical design and code reviews.
Develop automated tests and support CI/CD practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product, architecture and engineering stakeholders.
Professional software-engineering experience with solid programming fundamentals.
Experience with APIs,



databases, automated testing and modern SDLC practices.
Senior and managerial roles require architecture, mentoring and/or people-leadership capability.
